GREMIP is constantly recruiting new student interns (BSc), graduate students (MSc, PhD) and postdoctoral interns.
Candidates should have an interest in molecular microbiology (virology, bacteriology, and parasitology), antimicrobial resistance, or the development of new vaccines, among other areas covered by GREMIP (See Research Themes).
Students are strongly encouraged to apply for scholarships from organizations such as FRQNT and CRSNG. GREMIP researchers also support a number of students through research grants.
BSc students interested in a summer internship can apply for NSERC scholarships. Qualified individuals are invited to submit their curriculum vitae to researchers in their area of interest, whose contact information can be found on this site under the ''Members'' section.

The Research Chair in Meat Safety (CRSV) specializes in the field of food hygiene and safety, focusing on the epidemiology and control of foodborne pathogens in a farm-to-table approach.
Here are its four research areas:
- Area 1: Food safety (conventional agri-food production, alternative food strategies, risk analysis)
- Area 2: Microbial Ecology (meat, eggs, production areas, digestive tract, new food additives, microbiota manipulation)
- Area 3: Zoonotic Pathogens and Host-Pathogen Interactions (farm-to-table control, risk analysis, animal models, virulence studies, vaccinology)
- Area 4: Antibiotic governance (mechanisms of antibiotic resistance, optimization of antibiotic dosage regimens, study of metabolites derived from antibiotics)
